Nick Bordner - Board of Supervisors
Nick Bordner is a lifelong resident of Lower Southampton and currently resides with his wife and daughter. He is a Neshaminy graduate and an Army Veteran. For the past 35 years, Nick has devoted his time to serving his town as a volunteer coach, a community leader, and has served on multiple township boards.
Using the knowledge gained from serving on these boards, he is committed to stopping overdevelopment in Lower Southampton and reviving its small-town feel. Nick wants to ensure our future generations have the same life memories and experiences he had growing up here.
Cyndie Bowman - Board of Supervisors
Cyndie Bowman’s platform focuses on several key areas: public safety, code enforcement, fiscal responsibility, and infrastructure improvements. Drawing on her seven years of experience as President of the Feasterville Fire Company, Bowman plans to support and fund volunteer emergency services.
In terms of fiscal responsibility, she advocates for transparency, strategic budgeting, and the logical use of tax dollars to uphold financial stability. Bowman has been involved with the strict enforcement of Lower Southampton’s Code and Ordinances of nuisance properties.

Erin Brosious - Neshaminy School Board
Erin Brosious’s mission is to ensure a high-quality public education for all students within the district. This includes defining the vision for the school district, setting academic standards, and creating policies that guide the operations of the school system.
Erin is also committed to enacting the district’s annual budget, while also ensuring accountability and transparency. She has a commitment to student success, staff well-being and safety for all. She has hopes to advocate for increased parental involvement and more equitable state and federal funding. All efforts would continue to advance the district forward, by elevating the academic offerings, children and families have access to, in preparation for their post-secondary goals.
